CME Med Courses respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).

1) Our Policy

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we investigate promptly and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material or links. Where appropriate, repeat infringers may have access terminated.

2) How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Send a written notice containing all items below:

  1. Signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent (physical or electronic).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
  3. Identification of the material to be removed or disabled, including exact URL(s) on cme-med.com and any relevant file names/IDs.
  4. Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone, email).
  5. A good-faith statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  6. An accuracy & authority statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”

3) Counter-Notice

If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, provide:

  1. Your signature (physical or electronic).
  2. Identification of the removed/disabled material and its prior location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone, and email.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of competent courts and acceptance of service from the original complainant or their agent.

4) Important Notes

  • Submitting false or bad-faith notices may create legal liability.
  • We may process notices related to content, listings, metadata, or links accessible through third-party cloud services.
